ooh nice! Loire Valley? I visited that area back in 2012, but only visited one chateau. My boyfriend at the time, who I was traveling with, didn't seem that interested in visiting them.

Oh, I've only been in the Maritime Alps and not the High Alps. I really need to go back for another visit and go to the areas I haven't been. I have some friends who are moving to Normandy next year and one of them wants to also have a small apt. near Grenoble as she wanted mountains and her husband wanted Normandy.
