Global demand — Analog asset people want to hold digitally

Backed — Digital asset is 1:1 backed with analog asset at a traditional institution in an FBO account

Stockcoins are also similar to stablecoins in that the issuer benefits from revenue analog streams that aren't easily distributed to the onchain asset (at least today)

Stablecoin - interest from treasuries and other assets backing the 1:1 peg

Stockcoin - dividends, short seller lending
