Ooh, nice! Where is this one? We're still in the planning process of our trip. Trying to figure out where to go in Sicily with only 5 days there. Will be taking a ferry from Palermo back to Naples, but driving there to get there (from the Amalfi coast area).

oh, so you're in the South. I'm using ChatGPT to try and plan something and so far it's Taormina, Noto, Syracuse, Agrigento to Palermo. We were going to end up in Palermo to return the car and take a night ferry back to Naples. But this may change. It also found me a cafe in Taormina that has a good view of Etna. Supposedly, I have to confirm as it's sometimes wrong. I told it we wanted to see Etna, archeological sites and baroque architecture.

We are currently unsure if we will go to Sicily now as it seemed like too much traveling and not enough staying in one place to combine it with Naples/Amalfi Coast. But we are still open to it, but will NOT go to Palermo. If we do come, it will mostly be for Etna, or I am considering going back for a second trip to JUST Sicily. If we do end up coming, we will likely fly to Catania so save on time.
