Success Topic of the Day: Learning to say No

How do you decide when to say no to something? Is it tough for you, or does it help you stay focused and get shit done?

I am a people pleaser and I have always struggled to advocate for myself. Learning to say No has been a really powerful way to take back my time.

i’m def not perfect at it, but it’s helped me narrow my focus a ton!

one example being abandoning other social in favor of fc where we actually own shit and are rewarded for our time and attention 😏

Right on. I think that’s probably one of my favorite parts of FC. My account is mine. They can ban me from Warpcast but I’ll still be able to talk to my friends though wildcard, Supercast, or wildcard. 

I lost my original X account for unknown reasons so this is always at the top of my mind.
