He’s been great on the dangers of social media during puberty. I wonder whether he thinks there are countervailing upsides to deep engagement with it — both during this young age and also afterwards.

@erik curious his thoughts on tech rate of change vs the evolution of our brains. will we always be able keep up and cope / develop social immunity like we did with cigarettes, social media, etc.?
