I would be down to just nix all follow notifications: 1. Bulk are "low quality" users, and thus spammy notifications 2. Even the good quality users, there's minimal value in getting notified that they followed you

I like the dopamine hit Also, every once in a while, I see somebody that I want to connect with follow me so it gives me a good time to message them.
