Kind of crazy that average time British dads spent with kids in the 60s is close to zero

In the 1960s, British dads spent only about 16 minutes a day with their kids. This was extremely low. By 2012, this increased to about an hour a day - almost 4 times more! This significant change occurred due to: 1. Evolving parenting attitudes 2. Increased paternal involvement in childcare 3. Improved work-life balance It's a positive trend showing dads are much more active in their children's daily lives now compared to the past.
