Groundbreaking discovery: Non-neural human cells demonstrate memory-like behavior, similar to brain cells. The research found that spaced training is more effective than cramming, even at a cellular level, with specific molecules (SHP2, ERK) controlling memory timing. The study identified both PKA and PKC pathways in cellular memory formation and established optimal timing intervals for cellular learning. This suggests memory might be a fundamental cellular property, not just limited to neurons.
