New set of gel nails! 💅 Question for the nail girlies, how often do you take a break between gel nails (if at all)? This is my second consecutive set and wondering about tips for nail health!

ooh love the bloom effect on these! i know @blakefinucane gets her nails done quite often, she'd probably have good nail health tips

Love these!!! Definitely cuticle oil everyday. I do BIAB nails, which is (apparently) the best for your nail bed compared to gel x, acrylics. I also find your nail tech is so crucial, how they remove the last set and file them makes the biggest difference.

Thanks! I have a whole bunch of nail art saved and lined up for my next set haha! Oo yes, any tips would be appreciated! The second time around, definitely felt my nails becoming a bit more sensitive/tingly to the curing light. 😰
