Happy birthday man, one advice: have life goals. don’t forget that everyone will talk to disturb you but just keep going to reach your life goals. and key is that be able to say NO, NO is life saver word bro! believe me 🤝🏼

No worry, it’s normal to feel like that sometimes, just stop (I know that’s impossible) or at least try to be slow at those moments to see bigger picture clearly 🤝🏼 I feel also kinda lost, can’t focus or work properly, need to figure out next life goal.
