It’s perfect weather for me. I was thinking about Web3 career recently and realized that it’s almost same with Web2. Referencing someone is okay but hiring someone who is not fit for your business requirements, only because of your investors or advisors told that, it’s not okay. all we need more fair and meritocratic world. DO NOT HIRE SOMEONE BECAUSE HE/SHE IS YOUR FRIEND’S FRIEND. HIRE SOMEONE BECAUSE OF SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES.

GM Frens, as you know, it's a new year and we have a lot to leave behind. 😅 I wish everyone a healthy, peaceful and prosperous year with our loved ones, where we increase our personal awareness, knowledge and experience. 🙏 Yes, 2024 was very difficult, but crying and complaining won't help anyone. We need to learn from mistakes and move forward. The only thing I believe in, as I said last year, is that 2025 will be the year of those who work smart, I believe in that. There is a common motivational expression: NOT ONE DAY, DAY ONE.
