Hit a personal record today of deadlifting 175 pounds! Six months ago I was able to deadlift 115 pounds (my body weight then) so feels good to see concrete progression of strength :D

Mad props! Sounds like you are seeing the benefits of the work, love to see it. I’m VO2 Max Maxxing rn, almost all the way back to my 2019 ATH! It feels good, totally worth the effort.
