Don’t get me wrong, I love it I just think the time to change it was immediately in the aftermath of the callouts of the first implementation and not weeks or whatever later 🤗🫡

button swapping technology took a considerable amount of time to research, we had to wait to hire another staff level engineer

understandable, next time you might want some PMs to help coordinate. for a button hiring 4-6 seems reasonable
