then you manage to pop all your meds after eating some tiny portion of carbs

now you're invincible

the biggest issue with stomach viruses is that you can't consume aggressive things. even citrus (due to acid), which sucks for vit c consumption

pretty much been a sweet potato/porridge diet for me, so i can consume tylenol and ibuprofen
