many things which i'm always excited to talk about in detail, but the first would be trying to create a set of models of humans and serve it as an api for conducting simulations at scale

models/sims/systems courses during my BME degree, then especially so as data sci lead at a diabetes mgmt app startup. much of the work so far has been in monitoring in vivo data after some event and doing posthoc analysis. cheap compute + LLMs present opportunities to provide simulation railways pre-event then finetune

yep livongo style, it was a fda approved app for management which was pretty interesting

ah this was the idea that started it all for me, we were called atana in 2017 and tried to do decentralized patient data exchange for trial recruitment, academic publishing, etc. it was too early and i think it is still. data exchange will most likely be first, i'd say 5 years and it would need rare patient data
