i prefer korean pork katsu to japanese since it tends to be more flavorful, and they always make it super thin this katsu was bigger than my head and the meat was well marinated and juicy. also the sauce was a bit sweeter, inspired by - korean fried chicken sauce (μλ μΉν¨) only $19 too
