celsius is an incredible drink because even after it loses carbonation you can still drink it and it tastes pretty good at least for fuji apple and passionfruit this is the case you cannot do this with diet coke

overloading caffeine and vitamin b complex is going to put your cns and potentially other organs in stress. that's fine- but at a certain point if you only need half a celsius to do work and go to the gym and whatever else, not worth finishing the whole thing

probs like noon, i usually hit it 12-3pm so i can sleep by 4am lol imo it works way better than coffee due to the other stuff in it and flavor but idk if it works that much better than matcha for me arguably placebo pushes it over the edge vs matcha
