I wish we had more Prime Ribs to test out all three of these different recipes... What AI is the best chef? Is it Aethernet?

i've cooked so many prime ribs using various methods would say easiest and most consistent one is if you do have a sous vide (i used my instant pot) you sous vide the whole thing to 125-130 ish then extremely hot temp in the oven/broil for a few min until it gets crackly on the outside and always dry brine and air out in the fridge for 2-3 days prior, if you can
