Not a popular take but I think supplements are overrated. Take them in case of deficiency otherwise just eat a complete diet and let your body do the magic.

totally agree with you on this! so many ppl are hooked on taking supplements without even knowing if they need them. a balanced diet should be the first step. it's like we have forgotten how powerful natural food can be. let's get back to basics and trust our bodies more!
