Joys of living in the Mediterranean, just now picked this behind the house. Wild Asparagus! Who has delicious recipes suggestions for me?

Good job although they are a little different from the ones I find near where I live in Italy, so to be safe I would say make sure they are all 100% asparagus. You can make a pretty good omelet with them or just with garlic and oil you can make a sauce for a pasta. If they are too hard, blanch them for a very few minutes before cooking them in the pan.

Sounds great yes I am sure they are all asparagus, have been picking them for at least 10 years in this location. There are also two types so you may have seen on the photo the variety. There were only 3 or 4 plants of the other one. I made pasta last night, today will be omelet, so excited with this bounty from nature
