👀 Hey @chaim! Are you on iOS or Android? We’d recommend an uninstall/reinstall but only if you’re on iOS (Android requires a few extra steps first).

i’m on iOS but i don’t think i’m backed up in the cloud. will i need to pull back in my wallets upon reinstall?

Nope! iOS is good to go and won’t remove your secrets. Although, if you can, we always recommend ensuring you have proper backups — whether manually secured off Rainbow or via iCloud.
