I upgraded phones a few months ago,  old still active on wifi.  But I can’t swap using my new phone, all swaps fail but work on old phone. 

Couldn’t find any info to troubleshoot

when you get a new phone youve got to either recover from cloud backup or reimport your seed phrase!  you can peep our guide about this here →

I did.  Which is what is weird.   I use rainbow daily to monitor,  it’s always worked in that sense,  just the function of swapping or collecting hasn’t worked.     As a create of habit, I just used mm for transactions, but I’d like to change that habit for good haha

Hey there! It’s likely that the phone swap didn’t fully migrate your keys.

No need to, and if you’re missing the keys (I.e., unable to view them), you won’t want to create a backup on this state. 

Were you able to confirm if you can view your secret? Again, under Settings - Wallets & Backup - View Secret Phrase 

You’ll need to import your wallet using said phrase if it’s missing (the most common reason for this state).

It seems to want me to backup to iCloud,  which isnt something im comfortable with doing.   won’t let me manually backup.   Should I just delete & redownload?    I’ll read the docs for now
