Right, the function is indeed Withdraw, but the user isn't receiving/claiming rewards. So, that would make this...

hm I'm confused. ops.sender is 0x0aedf2, and that account received 395k AIDOGE

Yes it's a Withdraw function, but AIDOGE in this tx is not a "Reward". So, that makes the classification of the transaction different. For example a Swap vs. Unwrap. A swap from ETH to wETH isn't actually a Swap, but an Unwrap tx. The tx classification changes.
