Working on a FC themed minesweeper frame game (my first frame if successful) Got a working prototype built just by pasting the Frames V2 docs into Replit’s agent — next step will be moving to Cursor to fine tune details and smooth broken features. Wish me luck 🤞

Why didn’t you start with cursor? I’m curious

Good question. Check out my answer to @huugo.eth above. They asked the same thing. I use both tools together, but for different tasks sometimes. You can SSH connect Cursor to Replit, using Cursor to edit a Replit project. I also use Replit to host/deploy everything—Cursor doesn’t offer that. Use GitHub as backup. In my experience: Replit has a better set it and forget it agent — you give it two sentences, select some feature options, and it one shots a near complete prototype with a database and authentication. Cursor is better at feature iteration and getting the details right. It also can reference docs and use MCPs, so it’s better when you have a specific framework or approach to use.
