Generally I’m on the same page with @clauswilke tips could be a good financial incentive to make people do “hard” actions. E.g. thoughtful feedback; go outside, take a photo of smth. But it could also be low effort engagement farming (from the “farmer’s” side) which I don’t respect at all.
