As a founder, what are good ways of buying back your time with money?

Outsourcing and hiring, but those can unfortunately backfire and take both time and money away if done improperly.

Take a short break. It will cost you short term but make things more sustainable.

Hire a housekeeper. A personal assistant, too, if you can afford it. Take the “life maintenance” duties off your plate -> more time for things that matter to you.

First you need to figure out what type of founder you are! Are you the hands off or hands on type? 

Then it’s about finding the right team. 

I heard on a post cast once if you’re at the point where you have 0 time then you need to outsource that work. If you can’t afford to outsource then you’re doing the wrong work.
