Flavors revolve around spicy, tangy, salty, lil bit of sweet. My favorites are deep fried gourami and raw cabbage dipped with terasi chili. Well known dishes are fried tempe and tofu, terasi chili, raw/blanched veggies (cabbage, long beans, cucumber) with terasi chili or topped with peanut sauce, beef gepuk, lots more!
