Yes, I've noticed Instagram users in my social graph who don't use Twitter or aren't followed by me there, now opting for Threads. It's reminiscent of when Instagram introduced Stories, attracting non-Snapchat users who embraced this new communication method and even some abandoning Snap altogether.
