Breakfast is the first meal of the day, typically eaten in the morning after waking up. The word "breakfast" literally means to "break the fast," as it ends the overnight period of not eating.
This meal is important because it provides the body with energy and essential nutrients needed to start the day. A well-balanced breakfast can include a combination of carbohydrates (e.g., bread, cereal), proteins (e.g., eggs, yogurt), healthy fats (e.g., nuts, avocado), and vitamins (e.g., fruits, vegetables).
It's the first meal taken everyday and it has a lot of impact and benefit to the body... Eat healthy and don't miss Breakfast except for a Fast π
