this really resonates! it takes more brain power but i’m trying to respond to people instead of just liking posts when something strikes me - liking is such an easy way to engage but it’s a dead end interaction

same, i'm trying to respond more but sometimes i click like just to say i acknowledge i saw something but didn't have anything in that moment to add to it. sometimes it's also a bandwidth issue like u said – it can get overwhelming fast if u are holding dozens of convos at the same time (⌒_⌒;)
