"Show more replies"-style conversations are now easier to build than ever before!

Using the new 'fold' option in the conversation api, you can now specify 'above' or 'below'. Cast replies can remain unified as well by not using this new option.

If the cast is in a channel, yes it does! 

some caveats at the moment:
- channel members don't update in realtime, so there might be a ~1hr lag for new/removed members (working with @v & team on a solution)
- if the caster follows the user responding, that reply will be above the fold regardless of membership

p.s. the above/below algo is subject to change, this is the current impl.
