Think this is a reflexive response to my like for cowen & gross’s frame of highly capable individuals, i.e. curiosity + energy + durability Hard to develop durability in a cushy job + unique insights that least resistance pathways don’t offer *All depends on kid/unique context

right - different people develop durability through different challenges my durability came from upbringing - working on hard problems is another character-builder
