Some warmup, just moving, every rep was different, zero consistency. Have you ever gotten to do a perfect rep outside of the gym? No. So don’t train like you will. Move, move well, move with strength, move with endurance, but above all move your body. It’s insanely capable if you give it the attention it deserves

Our body is capable of so much… but it’ll take a very long time for me to get to this level :) How many years have you been working out?

That’s awesome! I wish I could be this consistent. What motivates you to keep going at it?

I can’t possibly imagine losing out on the ability to do something fun because I’m not capable enough, as stupid as it sounds that’s my motivation. I like having fun and this all but insures that

That’s really awesome man . It’s hard to be consistent with something you don’t love or find Fun. I’m really trying to stay consistent with it, but I guess I don’t find it to be really fun :( or love it that much

It was miserable at first. The trick is to find little victories. These are your internal wins and you’re using them to hack your rewards system. Every little victory is a shot of good hormones, find those wins enough days in a row and at some near point you’ll get the neural pathway to fire on its own. Trust the process as they say but for sure make a mini mind game out of it for that process to catalyze
