Making a few tweaks mid week to prevent algo gaming: 

- Only top 100 casts count towards score. 
- Only X engagements from a user will count (exact number tbd)

Most users will see a moderate decrease to scores, accounts that were gaming the system should see a larger decrease

Someone please build a dune dashboard that counts your top level casts since Tuesday that includes reactions so we can guess our top casts of the week.
