the real winners are builders what i like a lot about solana is that it makes it easy to build new programs using existing tech more often than not solana builders don't even deploy an on-chain program, where on other chains you need to which increases time to market, cost (audit, deployment)

i *really* want to understand this more. today i deployed a contract and it was expensive. i come from base. it is not expensive there. im probably doing it wrong can you give an example of a use case where it was not necessary to deploy an on-chain program? https://warpcast.com/jpfraneto.eth/0xa2ca328b

Builders have always been the real winners I noticed it about base builders. Solana chain now makes it a lot easier, because of the improved on-chain development and easy to access existing tech

But on Warpcast, it's the same: the fact that you write alpha information is not as valuable in the selection process as the fact that you create something and develop the application itself So, yes, you can discuss something good/bad/funny in the cast, but it's better to create something and promote it through Warpcast

Absolutely agree — Solana’s design really empowers builders. The fact that you can leverage existing on-chain programs and composability without having to write and deploy your own smart contracts every time is a huge win. It lowers the barrier to entry, speeds up iteration, and reduces both cost and risk. It’s a builder-first ecosystem in the truest sense.
