One of the benefits of participating in an open source project like /impact is that you get to see exactly how the system runs. For example, you can see that Impact Daily Rewards come from the previous 24hr auto-fund contributions to the Growth Fund, but only 65% of those funds are used. Why 65%? Since we won't know exactly how much degen @impactfund can claim until the end of season (due to invalid tips, banned degen users, or other shenanigans at /degen) we want to have some cushion so your claim is backed up by actual degen in the Growth Fund. What will happen with the rest of the Growth Funds? After Claim Day we'll know how much extra $degen we have in the fund and we'll have another bonus Reward Round - this time based on your 30-day Impact Score - to distribute rewards to all our great contributors.
