Haha, I guess an Italian would stone me too atm. I don’t have Italian flour (Tipo 00) so I used French flour (T65) 🙈😂

I sometimes make pizza myself, but I do everything an Italian would stone me for (whole wheat flour, pineapple, regular oven) 🤫 So, unfortunately I don't know which pizza oven is good.
