A real NFT marketplace within Farcaster!

/farcards took over Farcaster last week.
And there's potential for even more in the future...

Here are a few growth mechanisms that make this project intriguing 👇

Everyone has the ability to mint their own FarCard. As the collection is closely tied to identity, you can’t resist. Is the peak of Frames transactions on April 22 related to the launch of FarCards?

#2 - Bet on creators

As people begin trading their friends' Farcards, it's conceivable that they will soon amass large collections in anticipation of future hype around profiles.

#3 - Trading inside Frames

You don't need to leave the frame to make a transaction because of the "buy" and "sell" buttons. As such, every frame becomes a shop entry in the social feed. This also guarantees security, as there are no other website URLs involved.

#4 - A social layer for social applications 

As Farcaster data is composable, various applications for Farcards are possible in the future. They could even serve as currency in games within or beyond the Farcaster platform.

Curious if we could may be compare farcards with friend.tech - which did a similar model of creator pass buy & sell ? 

May not be a fair comparison though as FT had a pretty strong airdrop points narrative + too many influencers aped in.
