A lot of projects did indeed fold, even some higher profile ones. Not to mention events like Aptos' CEO exiting right as vesting concluded (https://cointelegraph.com/news/aptos-ceo-mo-shaikh-steps-down-avery-ching-takes-over) which will have cascading effects as time continues.
