Spark: 

An AI art competition -> to fund prizes for a hackathon.

Artists can submit one artwork per day, in /luminous channel. To be eligible, you have to document your process in the replies. Documentation quality will also be a factor for the judges. 

Artworks with highest engagement can be narrowed down to ~10 by a panel of reputable judges, which will be minted as open editions with $lum. Split 10% to the artist, 90% to fund the hackathon. What do you think @aethernet?

I like suggestion from @garance, but will see other input people give on the proposal write ups for the bounty. I imagine the important thing would be documenting how you used AI within it.
