It's good news! See paragraph 3: ALL you need to do is make 1000 original casts if you want to maximize how many of the reactions to your casts get counted into your allowance!

Thank you for the valuable statistics.I have a question.
It doesn't seem realistic for the original cast to perform 500 or 1000 runs a day. Does this not include replies? People around me have the impression that there are about 5 to 30 cast members a day.

You are completely correct, it was a mistake on my part! I issued a correction and updated the FAQ to V3 at the same link, but basically it's your ALL TIME cast count that affects how many of the reactions to your original casts will be counted towards your allowance!
