I got my soup to go so that I could find a spot to enjoy it in the park. Had to sacrifice my hand warmers to keep it warm due to the wind but so worth it to eat under the trees. I only get a few hours of daylight so I must make the most of it! In the spring this area is famous for its cherry blossoms too.

I have been there during the Maruyama Park cherry blossom viewing.
It was interesting to see everyone eating Jingisukan in the open air.

Wow, melons at Ohanami! 😍 🍈 
Hanami is the furthest time of the year, but I already miss it.

I was last there in 2022 and it was wonderful! I was very prepared since it was my friends first hanami and I even reserved a melon for us! (My friend helped me order it in advanced and have it sent to the hotel) and I went to the 100yen store and got all our supplies. It was very fun!
