What does the recent SEC warning to OpenSea mean for small independent artists like me who mint our artwork for sale as NFTs?

It means, very sadly, you need to pay attention to news about the OpenSea enforcement action, plus the offensive lawsuit filed against SEC by @jmann.eth, to see what positions SEC takes and whether those affect how you do your work. I wish I could say more but I'm not your lawyer 😔
