We probably learn to deal with pain better. Back pain with 18 made me stop with sports for 10 years. Back pain now reminds me that I need to do more sports, but listen to my body more closely.

Yoga should help. Daily stretching for longer than 3 mins will help along with Daily exercise. I’m a little older than you. So Let’s rage against the dying of the light. πŸ•―οΈ
