7/ If you're an operator and haven't signed up for Eigen Layer, it’s worth considering! You can still commit your validator to Primev to ensure these commitments—just make sure to list only the current Primev relays. All relays are expected to join Primev in the coming months.

4/ A bidder specifies what type of execution service (let’s just call it a transaction) they want, and the provider commits to executing that service for a small fee. The bidder is assured their transaction will be executed as specified, and the provider gets paid.

MEV, at its best, allows markets to price transactions and reward participants in network operations; at its worst, it allows third parties to see transactions and extract value at users' expense—like sandwich attacks.
