Don't know who needs to hear it but you do not need mind-altering stimulants to realize how fucking stupid smoking is to quit it. It is fucking stupid. Just quit it, leave in Istanbul for 2 days and realize how it can even be more stupid when 99% of 115% humidity is pure nicotine and there is literally nowhere other than some min. 50M penthouse where you can be smoke free in the entire city. Posting this on this channel because I see many hardcore athletes dealing with this nicotine addiction which encouraged by a couple of idiots who need to sell more merch.
