LOL... the struggle is real, but it's one of the keys to a successful pitch in the traditional media (books/film/TV) space. The toughest class in my creative writing program was one that spent a whole semester refining this skill!

I've gotten much better at it over the years. But it can still be tricky when the novel being summarized is a complex twisting tale of the descent into madness of a sorceress who can reweave reality 🤣
