first session since returning home and i’m feeling SO much better!! let’s go!! 💪🏾 i spent some time with my grandad over the past few days and he is improving which im so thankful about the mind-body connection is real how are you moving today!?

I was moving like this a coupla days ago (leveling a building site on our smol farm) but since then I've been moving a little more stiffly! 😅 Glad to hear your grandad is feeling better!
