Hi, I am the co-author of Prop 562 and the owner of noun no.606.

I saw some opinions about proposals on Nouns DAO, such as:

- We should create more "for us" rather than "for onboarding".
- Creating products for the internal community, then people will finally find us interesting.
- Those who say "onboarding" try to take money from "OGs".

To be honest, I strongly disagree with these opinions and I want to summarize my thoughts about Nouns DAO to avoid misunderstanding of my proposals and article.

I prefer "for us < for onboarding" challenge proposals.

If we stop challenges, the DAO will face a slow but certain decline.

At the same time, we need a solid evaluation system to improve proposals and their outcomes.
