I am very disappointed with the outcome this time too. Indeed, there are difficulties unique to physical goods, but I still believe that the community should fundamentally support those who actively engage in such build activities. Funding from NounsDAO holds a significance far beyond the amount of money for those who want to undertake projects. I felt that we should support their passion and dedication.

I prefer "for us < for onboarding" challenge proposals. If we stop challenges, the DAO will face a slow but certain decline. At the same time, we need a solid evaluation system to improve proposals and their outcomes.

In my favorite show "Attack on Titan," the Survey Corps, realizing the existence of Titans, overthrew the monarchy, forcing humanity to walk a more perilous path. NounsDAO, by introducing a fork mechanism, was also forced to face greater challenges. This is Nouns.

Ummmm, I doubt this part. > The flywheel of this experiment only works with self sustaining momentum when we collectively stop externalizing and start leaning into what we have, and further cultivate that. The fork mechanism allows arbitrageurs to enter anytime, so NounsDAO must continually use funds to acquire new users. Without onboarding, an exclusive community will see its treasury eroded by arbitrageurs. To keep the flywheel of our community spinning, onboarding new members is essential. This influx ensures growth, resilience, and financial contributions. Like a VC succeeding with one out of a hundred investments, we need to support new initiatives to achieve significant successes. Focusing solely on "for us" risks stagnation and vulnerability. Welcoming new members brings fresh ideas, diverse perspectives, and financial support, essential for long-term success and sustainability.
